Boot Help

Hey I downloaded knoppix burned it and all that good stuff. I try and boot the cd when i restart my computer but when it goes to boot from the cdrom(which i set on boot 1st) it says bootable cd doesnt exist and keeps botting windows. Someone told me that if you burned it right itll open a page about the cd in windows and it does for me so any idea on how to fix this?

Did you burn the iso as an image or did you just do a straight burn to the CD? Also, try this if you're having trouble burning an image of the iso: http://www.cdburnerxp.se/

I agree with soulbrothax831... it sounds like you might have simply copied the file to the CD rather than burn it as an image. Otherwise, maybe a bad burn.

Are you sure it burnt correctly? It seems like an odd error. Usually if it was burnt correctly, it would work or give you a knoppix related error. Did you double check your boot order?
