kbk Linux User Join Date: Jun 2005 Location: Ohio, USA Posts: 355	Using wget I am trying to download Wolfenstein ET with Wget as Dapper Dan suggested in the gaming clan poll thread. I tell it the url, and it puts a modules.php?name=Downloads file in the home directory. I click on this and it loads up the page, then I try to login so that I can download the file and it says "file:///home/kbk/modules.php does not exist", and does nothing. So what do I do?

kbk Linux User Join Date: Jun 2005 Location: Ohio, USA Posts: 355	It may not have been exactly 20%, I had the window minimized at 15% and a few moments later everything froze. I don't remember how many megabites it was at, I will try it again today and leave it open so I can check.

kbk Linux User Join Date: Jun 2005 Location: Ohio, USA Posts: 355	I have plenty of disk space, 71.6GB free to be exact. There is no error message, nothing. It just freezes.

grimR Just Joined! Join Date: Nov 2005 Location: US Posts: 17	in essence wgett'n the php download scripts location does just that, 'gets' the page, if you try to login to that page you are just going to be doing it locally unless they included the full path to their login scripts in the source(most sites don't). You gotta include the full path to a download with wget. Do you have any download caps you know of with your isp? I know some universities set a limit on file size etc.
