How to read .chm file in Knoppix

I am newbie starting with knoppix.
My problem is that I cannot read .chm file in knoppix.
Is .chm file a binary file.
Can you please tell me how to read .chm file in knoppix.

you install KchmViewer you can install it trougth Synaptic, you serch kchmViewer and install it

How to read .chm file in knoppix

Thanks for your reply.
I have copied Knoppix to my hard disc with the help of cheat code.
Can you please guide me as to how can I download .chmviewer by using synaptic in my case.

He already mentioned that you should run Synaptic and search for kchmviewer, then select it for install. An alternate method is to fire up a terminal emulator like Konsole and do

#apt-get update
#apt-get install kchmviewer

To my question I received 2 replies.
My thanks to both of them.
But I think they missed the point, that I had not installed but copied the image to hard disc using cheat code.
I have now came to know that there are limitations, if we don't install.
