Ndiswrapper on Knoppix

standard:
ndiswrapper -i /drivers/driver.ini
ndiswrapper -m
modprobe ndiswrapper

It doesn't show up in ifconfig or iwconfig how can I get knoppix to recognize my usb network device...

From your post there, it looks like a simple error...

Using the "ndiswrapper -i" command, you should direct it to the .inf file, rather than the .ini file.
I'm not sure why it doesn't give you any other error messages, though.

Unless you typed out your post wrong, and you did use the .inf file.

I had issues with iwconfig not showing the interface. But it did show up when I used "iwconfig wlan0"
