Knoppix won't fully boot

allenfoballen Just Joined! Join Date: Apr 2007 Posts: 4	Hi, I'm new to Knoppix and i have a problem. I have torrented the .iso and all of that and burnt it as an image to a DVD. When I try to boot it up, it stops in the middle. It stops when it is trying to start up some config. I am using a laptop as well. I could get any help from anyone, it would be greatly appreciated. You could try using some kernel options at the boot screen.
From the Knoppix Wiki

The "noswap" option is useful for a forensic analysis without touching existing swap partitions.

I'd try using the nopcmcia first.
