Unhappy boot problems

My system does not boot while there's any usb device plugged in. Grub is ok, but after choosing to boot linux, initrd prints some it's things, after that screen goes black and computer does nothing. Only fan runs fast as system counts some hard operation.

usb

When I unplug device situation does not change. It doesn't print any error message, it stucks forever. The last I got when I removed any boot parametres and rebooted was something with acpi configuration. But I think that is a last "good" thing

its Advanced Configuration and Power Interface. a few BIOS' do not support it. try to disable it using noacpi option.
