Running into setup problem

Hows it going? I have another platform I test things on. This machine is a Packard Bell 133Mzh pentium process, 646 Kb of RAM( I can upgrade this, I will have plenty), and a seagate medalist 2132(not sure how much space, but I can get another drive). I'm trying to run feather on it but can't get it to run upon boot up. I have the BIOS set to boot the CDROM first then the hard drive. I disabled the 3 1/2 since it was messed up. I keep getting an error of floppy drive
A: failure- press F1 for setup, ESC to boot, F2 for options Rom screen. I've tried everything, I dupped by this. I burned the ISO correctly, but I'm not getting anything. Any help is appreciated.

Heya!
You should be able to press the escape key to continue booting.
Try setting the BIOS to>no errors on boot.
