Well, thanks for your help. Do you have any reccommendations for a distro that supports word processing, Firefox, and an 802.11g wireless card (PCMCIA)? The smaller the better and it would be great if it could boot to 96MB of RAM but that is the least important concern. I know that's a lot to ask, but there might be something out there...

They should all support firefox and word processing. I'm not sure about the wireless card because I've never run a wireless setup.

Zenwalk
You can get information on these and other lightweights at DistroWatch.com
You can also install something like Arch or Debian and run the netinstall to download a minimal base-system, then install only the packages you want/need.oz
