Hi, I am newbie on linux and the only linux OS which I were able to install to my old computer was Knoppix 5.0.When I connect usb stick to my computer the usb icon appears to the desktop (computer recognizes it!)and if I do right click on the icon, there is an option "mount" but computer says it can not mount it.The reason is probably that I am logged in as normal user not as an administrator. I guess I should go to the terminal ,log in as admin and type $ su mount usb or command something like that....?
Does anyone know the correct command in cases like this? How to mount usb stick to copy files into computer?
