Trying to boot, with normal boot I get the logo in the top left screen corner then the PC just locks up

tried failsafe, gets some stuff done but then I get these errors:

and the computer locks up

Motherboard is Jetway J-720AF (SiS 620/5595) with latest BIOS

Keyboard works fine in BIOS setup and DOS so I don't believe it is faulty
