Everytime I try and install knoppix I get this error saying "loading grub..." then it goes on to say error 17. Anyone with a clue to what this is?

Grub Error 17

Can you post the output of the following?You can do this using a liveCD and will have to use "su -" to become root.Code:fdisk -l cat /etc/fstab

Post exact error messages you are getting - that will help to dig into this issue...
