Install from USB??

Hello. I posted this in a different section, got plenty of views but sadly, no replies.

Hopefully someone viewing will know what I mean. I am lost.


I get this at boot... "Loading Linux...... ready

Ok, booting the kernel"

then I get a blinking prompt*

man, I hope I'm not typing all this for nothing. I just want to get this working, so I can mess with Linux a bit.

I am using it now, on a different laptop, but want it on my older pc, which should run pretty smooth due to the size of this distro.


also. when looking in the files on usb, I notice in 'syslinux.cfg' , that it is blank. this cant be right, can it?
