    Knoppix Online troubles

I'm new to Linux. I recently installed Knoppix 5.1 to a flashdrive but I cannot seem to connect to any wireless networks. The system tells me that I don't have a wireless card. I know I do since I can connect to the internet wirelessely using my hardrive OS Windows Vista. I would like to know if I need a different wireless card to use the Linux OS. The computer I have is a Laptop Dell Latitude E6400 and I'm pretty sure the wireless card is an intel dual band mini. I am very new to this and I would greatly appreciate some help. Thank You.

You may want to try KNOPPIX 6.0.0 / ADRIANE 1.1 public beta release, this is available from the official Knoppix website for download and maybe will have solved your problems.

Since Knoppix comes as a live CD you will not need to install it to test if your Wifi card works with it.
