[SOLVED] persistent knoppix image

you'll have to forgive me. but i haven't used knoppix since...well forever (ok a few years) but anyways a lot has changed on the way to 6.0 including the way that i know how to make a persistent knoppix image.

so how would one do that in 6.0? i did do some googleing but all i found where seemingly "out dated" ways

There is a Knoppix Icon in the taskbar next to the start menu, it looks like a Penguin ?I believe, look in there for something like "Create persistent knoppix image"...I think it's the same as the older versions of Knoppix.

no they got rid of tux and put a penguin foot...i downloaded the CD version...should i have gone with the DVD version?

EDIT: no. i totally mislead you...i'm sorry. i downloaded 6.2 not 6.0 if that makes a diff

The last version I got was 6.0, it's possible they have/deleted it, but there should still be an option to save a knoppix image to HD...just keep looking for it and I'm sure you'll find it.
