Thank's for you help - feel free to mark this thread as "Solved" seeing I fixed my problem.
I just ran TestDisk, and even after scanning the partitions there was no apparent issue. Though, I was indeed able to access my files from this spectacular utility! Program Files, Windows, Application Data, it's all here. I am merley moving it to a flash drive at the present, and then will reformat the drive and reinstall the OS.
