My modem is not being recognized
Okay, I got Knoppix like 2 days ago now. I only got to use it 1 time so far. I am running on the CD version. I tried setting up a dial-up connection but it dosn't recognize my modem. In other words, my modem isn't installed. In window's it says my modem is a Generic56k. Anyone know how to make my modem work in Knoppix?

you will need get lt_modem to check what modem u have and then it will tell you where to get the driver for the modem
