    How do I restart my network in knoppix?(ex:in red is /etc/init.d ./network restart)
    I tried (in knoppix) /etc/init.d ./networking doesn't work.
    How do I change the hostname?

    try it as:

    Code:
    /etc/init.d/networking restart
    (all on one line with no spaces.)
