gpart hd retrieval yields locked files
Using Knoppix cmd 'gpart' to retrieve partitions on a hard drive I get one file in each 'found' partition, that is labeled 'lost&found' and is locked. Attempts to open yield message 'insufficient permissions, cannot open'. I didn't notice any opportunity in the gpart GUI to operate as root. How does this work? Any ideas?
