A very stragre thing happened. i did as you told me and managed to loing via boot.ini, but ONLY for ONE time. the second time i tried to log i get the same message, but now instead of 9999999999999 i get 9A9A9A9A9A9A9A9
do you know what's this?
i found on the net that partition magic is not very good in moving linux partitions.

hm now i cannot unistall lilo with lilo -u, but linux suggests me using lilo -U instead.
any ideas?
it seems that i would have to reinstall it
