hello, i just downloaded knoppix 3.9 and am trying to boot it. i have knoppix 3.7 which works fine. when i try booting knoppix 3.9 it gives me this error ...

    booting knoppix 3.9

    hello,
    i just downloaded knoppix 3.9 and am trying to boot it. i have knoppix 3.7 which works fine.
    when i try booting knoppix 3.9 it gives me this error "ERROR: CANNOT UNITE READ-ONLY MEDIA AND INITIAL RAMDISK!"

    Same problem booting knoppix 3.8.2 and 3.9

    Same problem for me. I tried knoppix 3.8.2 and 3.9. Both halt at boot time and give me "ERROR: CANNOT UNITE READ-ONLY MEDIA AND INITIAL RAMDISK!"

    BTW, I am running it on a Toshiba laptop.

    If you have any suggestion, please let me know.
