    Custom knoppix based distro



    hello,
    i dont know much about what files to mod or edit. I would like to take knoppix 3.9 and customize it. By customize i mean chaning the picture on the boot up screen and such. how do i do this so i can change the name the logo and everything. this is for my use only so i know its legal, i am not distrabuting it.

    you can try searching for similar projects...many other projects are based off of knoppix...there is also a book called Knoppix Hacks that can get you started with...
