There is no password to get into root in knoppix.
Just bring up a root terminal, or log into root with "su -"....

oops sry, i got it finally, someone told me to hit ctrl+alt+f1 to get to the konsole, but thatwas wrong. Anyway knoppix is now installed on my hdd but alas a new challenge has come up, how do i connect to the internet?
- 02-09-2006 #14Knoppix may have that feature disabled, but in 90% of the Linux distributions out there, this does actually work. Just FYI.
