    Exclamation networking in feather linux

    hey im new to linux and the 1st thing i need to ease the use of it is to get the internet working.......im running a cable modem into a d-link router, and then to my laptop.........right now my problem is getting linux to work with my ethernet card.....it is a Realtek RTL 8168/8111......i need help getting it to work with linux i know very very little programming.....any help would b very appreciated.........thank you..........
