Knoppix 5.01 DVD Language/Region Problems
I recently bought a PCWelt Magazine in Germany that came with a DVD attached. It worked fine with my brother's Comp in Germany, but balks at my keyboard. I cannot change regional settings in KDE, cannot put in cheat codes since I don't know where the German "=" is. Is there any workaround for this problem?

You cannot change regional settings in KDE, but you can change them when you boot: you shoud just write "knoppix lang=us" at the boot prompt, instead of pressing "Enter". Goodluck, Elle
