i whant ti use equivalant to MS visio whant to use shema network ........ but i dont find, i try to use many software but is not appropriate for me i use this soft :

# KChart (KOffice
# xfig
# Tgif + dotty
# Tulip
# Poseidon for UML [Prop & free versions]
# JGraph + JGraphPad (Java)

please can you helps or consil me the good software but i have the VSD files i can t to read it and i whant to create othere files
