    Knoppix + USB Flash Pen


    hey guys, I was messing around with knoppix on a friends machine earlier it was running from a cd. I used my pen drive during this and was just wondering if knoppix will rememver the files that were on it or will, I have to use the pen drive each time as it is running from cd? Thanks.

    Knoppix wont remember anything. you can make changes in existing files and save those back in pen drive or write in CD through K3B....

    If you have large flash disk (more than 1 GB), you can boot knoppix from flash disk.
    If you have smaller flash disk, you can try DSL or other small Knoppix related distros.
