    How to make Knoppix permanent OS ?

    i am new to Linux. I downloaded the Live CD and works really well. no problems to recognize vidoa card or any perypherals. I would like to use Knoppix as a permanent OS and can not figure out how to do it. I can create a resident dirrectory, but I still have to load from the live CD. Is there a way? thank you

    boot up from Knoppix CD and execute this code in terminal.

knoppix-installer
