I am very new at this knoppix program but have been unable to find the solution to this issue.
I have been trying to get my computer to connect to the internet and I used knoppix this last time to setup.
It don't allow the modprob.conf to install the driver it just says;
grep /etc/modprob.conf no file found
grep /etc/modprob.conf no file found

it does this when it has located the modem in the find unsupported winmodems utility.
Any help?
