flashdrive mounting error-help needed
I've figured it out:
Using root shell "mount /dev/sda1 /media/hda1"
sorry
I am having trouble mounting a flashdrive in Knoppix 5.1 (HD install on i386).
When I try to mount the flashdrive (using root shell) I get this error message:
"wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on /dev/sda1
missing codepage or other error in some cases useful information is found in syslog-try dmesg|tail or so"
The flashdrive is reasonably new, FAT file system, and works fine on windows xp and ubuntu.
