Yes, I'm doing it right now with the Linksys WUSB54G V4.3 using the Ralink chipset. :)
ok, um could you give me some tip, hints, directions so i can do it myself?
Well, it all depends on what drivers you need for your modem, if you plug it in and it is detected and works then, good. If it doesnt, you will need to search for the drivers and install them
Do you have a device at all? If so, what is the exact make, model and version? If you don't and decide to purchase a WUSB54G v4 Linksys adapter, I'll be happy to assist you in getting it configured. :)
i have a safe com usb(wired) adsl router. where can i go to find more information about the configuring etc of devices?
I'm not gonna say it's true for all, but my experience has been ADSL USB routers/modems and Linux seldom play well together. If you could use a regular adsl modem that can hook to a pci NIC via a cat 5 cable, then you could be in business. I'm afraid I can't help at all with an ADSL USB router. Sorry.
I just purchased a WUSB54G ... How do I configure this to work under V5.1.0:rolleyes:
