New HP Notebook = Wireless?
I just picked up a new HP Notebook and wanted to throw Linux Fedora Core 2 on it.
It has built in wireless G - it's not the Intel Centrino card.
I have not installed Linux on it yet since I was hit by the Hurricane and will have no power for the next week
I was just wondering - worst case scenario...if Fedora Core 2 does not detect my wireless LAN adapter, which I am not sure if it will since Windows XP did not even detect when I re-formatted the drive to Pro. I had to install the drivers from disk.
Just wondering what you guys think or recommend?

For some reason you have not told us the name of the Wireless card.
