Accessing website on Debian VM guest from Vista VM host
Hello,
I am playing with VMWare on Vista (I hate Vista but work didn't give me any other option) and I have got Debian up and running with apache2, then I installed ntop via apt-get.
Everything went (mostly) according to plan right up until I tried to hit the website for ntop (which I beleive is hosted by an imbeded version of apache within ntop). Instead of an apache page or the ntop website I just get a 404 error when I try to connect to any website on the debian machine. I can connect to my local machine fine, which is running a mediawiki on IIS7.
Please could someone tell me how I should connect from a web browser on the VM host box (Vista) to the VM webhost on guest?
Thanks in advance.
