It appears to be Windows software only. Have you tried running it under WINE?

i was try to find that out before i brough the OBD2 All-In-One USB scan tool do money is tight didnt wanted have go back and put window on my laptop just for that tool

You could take a look at pyOBD to see if it will do what you want.
