Does anybody know if a Brother DCP 395CN or a
Brother DCP 385C is compatible
with an Asus Eee PC that runs on Linux Xandros Debian,
Does it Scan, Print, & Copy?
Does it Scan directly to your USB-Stick?
Does it work straight away out of the box,
Or do all sorts of drivers need to be installed first.
Who can help me.

Welcome to the forums!
I've checked the OpenPrinting.org database and can't find any mention of that printer model at all.
You might want to do some searching deep into the files found on any CD that came with your printer to see if there are any Linux drivers included with it. It's been my experience that Brother doesn't make their Linux drivers all that easy to find on the CD if they are included at all.
Otherwise, the only thing I can suggest is to do some digging around on the Brother website in search of Linux drivers, or try one or more of any drivers that are known to work with Brother DCP printers, such as the 7 or 8 printer models listed in the link below:
