    40 dollars US for this

Raspberry Pi 8GB SD card pre-installed with NOOBS - element14

I priced the model B which comes with better specs than the model A and with the SD card (8 gig included) the price was 40 dollars to my house.

Lots to chew over. Zotac (google it) is another good brand for what you are looking for. Also Shuttle XPC, AOpen, and HTPC are other brands that sell low power desktop computers. Example
