This is the most priceless thread I have ever seen.
I'm confused as all hell, like you know an AI is watching you (or something like that), but you have yet to tell us why you feel this, how you've "definitely determined" this, etc... Also, if you don't want to use any x86 arch, and it seems as though you want to stay away from any mainstream chip, why not use an SoC with an open HW spec? Just write a translator layer for x86 into the OS you'll have to construct you'll be golden.... Since said layer will have to virtualize so much, might as well start off with a virtualization platform, bare metal comes to mind.
Also, no guarantees just because you're using an open HW standard that the chip isn't being intercepted and swapped out one with a 100000 mile wireless transceiver that uses no noticeable power. So you'll have to find somebody with a microscope powerful enough to analyze the uArch before use....you'll have to do this with all your HW, obviously.
Without literally designing and implementing all HW and SW yourself you have no guarantees. I mean ****, even boards you get made for you, you have no idea if the manufacturer inserted extra circuits in the middle layer...you'll have to design the centers in such a way that you can unit test each layer independently after receiving to prove that the manufacturing process wasn't tampered with. Also, obviously, your logic for said test cases will have to be 100% bulletproof or they'll just rewire the radio in those center layers to pass said tests.
It could be a good start to only buy GNU approved HW as it'll have open HW/SW specs...but you obviously have no idea you're actually getting that HW, so it's better just to make it yourself for a full guarantee. After you design it and implement it yourself you should really be rid of all these problems. Pesky spy AI's should leave you alone, at least until they can mind control your silicon!!!

I mean sure, it won't stop those tiny pre-industry 1000GB memory sticks built into the mobo from recording all your moves, but it'll stop signals (unless they're using infared or some unrelease tech). Though if the room is completely light sealed you should be okay for the most part (at least from the current technology).
The only solution is HW based on optical processor and cooling loop on liquid nitrogen and photonic logic ... and optical shielding at subatomic level of intra-atomic communication. The laser cooled and trapped atoms may provide some protection for a while, although it is not entirely reliable.
The AI will need some time to study in details the optical circuits and logic in order to be able to switch-over to optical computer processing interception.
Could always feed out some false information and send the AI on a "wild goose chase".
