Hi all

I've installed Slackware 10 on my laptop and I need the fan to start working or else my cpu are toast. I've looked in the kernel and changed the setting under ACPI so that it should work, but without any luck. Do I have to complie the kernel allover again? Btw, I changed the kernel under the control panel and then ran make smlink dep (or something like that).
