Toshiba A70 Cardreader
Hi All,
I have a Toshiba A70 notebook which has a built in 5-in-1 cardreader. This device is a PCI device that reads all sorts of media (memory stick, XD, SD, Smartmedia etc).
I have installed a few linux distros on this machine but cannot get this device to work. Device is ENE CB 710 Cardbus controller.
Any ideas anyone?
Ruff.

Not going to work...
Toshiba has really f'ed up policies regarding open source anything and designs their stuff just far enough out of spec that it will not work under standard implementations, including ACPI. If your system can reboot under linux without needing to pull the power plug, consider yourself lucky.
Toshiba is a Windows-Only company.
If you need a card reader, get a usb one.
