    DAMN SMALL LINUX question

I have a Toshiba Satellite Pro 400CS P75 with 40MB ram and a 775MB HD and no CD-ROM or NIC

can Damn Small Linux be put on floppy to install??

I have tried Slackware 4.0 but I had serious problems getting a GUI to work with the Toshibas display and dumped it out of frustration...not sure if a more up to date X server will help or not but I'm willing to try anything at this point

The Damn Small FAQ has a section on installing from a floppy.

also look at using frame buffering mode, old laptops like mine seem to like it, and render stuff in werid colours, if at all if you dont use it
You know, aliens are going to come to earth in 50 years and kill the hell out of us for DDoSing their networks with this SETI crap
