    Dell C600, Slack 10.1, using my external crt??

    Sorry for posting this in Slackware too, i should have posted it here.

    I have Slack 10.1 on my Dell C600 and wish to use my external monitor on it.

    Im guessing I need to edit a part of my xorg.conf, but am unsure what.

    I have not used Linux (been living at my girlfirends at uni, its wireless, have no wireless PCMCIA card for my lappy) in months, and am still learning the fundementals, so please excuse the lack of info on this thread. Also apologies for not posting my xorg.conf, i will, if nessasry, be able to post it probs monday or tuesday.

    Im just looking for a "quick fix" and/or links, if possible.
