    can't acces my BIOS


    Hi everyone,I've bought a Toshiba Satellite notebook with MS XP Home on it; i'm sick of that Home edition and want to replace it with Linux...
    This question may look so silly but I can't boot from CD,how can i get this done???

    you can try the following keys to try and get into the BIOS at boot:

    Esc
    Del
    F1
    F2
    F11
    F12

    they are all the ones I know of that can get you int the BIOS. Try them and hope one works. Once your in the BIOS set the cd drive as the first boot device.
