Monitor specs help.

Hi there,

I ran xorgconfig, and I was asked for my horiz. and vert. refresh rate. How the hell am I supposed to find that out?! Nothing is even mentioned in the manual so I'm quite stuck. My laptop is a Toshiba A50-109. Anybody knows what is my refresh rate or is anybody able to tell me how can I check that?

I found this on the net for the A50 laptop - came from Ubuntuforums and I believe is setup for dual head setup. I don't know how much help this is, but I always try to help with monitors....At least when you have that sorted you can get the rest done with a GUI...
