Acer C300 SoundCard problem--using Fedora Core 4
hello, i am using Fedora Core 4 on my Acer C300 laptop--which is also convertible to a tablet pc
i am having trouble installing a driver for my audio. when i open the driver in terminal, it comes up with an error that says "Kernel source could not be found on your system. Please install the kernel source and try again." and then it says "locations searched for kernel sources:
/usr/src/linux-2.4
/usr/src/linux
/usr/src/2.6.14-1.1653_FC4
should i try something with the kernel?
If u could respond, that would be great!

you need to install kernel sources which can be found on the install cd's. install via fedora's package manager ( don't know what it is as i don't use fedora)
