Problem with X-Windows in my Sony VAIO FS742
Hi All,
I just bought Suse Linux 9.3 Proffesional. I tried to install on my Sony VAIO laptop FS742. I did a complete installation and it went on fine. When I tried to bootup using dual bootup, it boots up and i am not getting the X-Windows (means I am not able to see anything on my monitor) the screen is blank.
How can I get through this.
My Graphics card is Intel® Chipset 915GM/PM/GMS/910GML Chipset Controller Driver
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks.

SUSE will have a failsafe option in its grub menu, boot using that. it will send you to the command line, here login as root and run this command:
With sax2 you can re-setup your graphics system, try and select the correct values, and be sure to test the X-server before commiting the changes.Code:sax2
