    Exclamation Linux distro for Toshiba Satellite A75-S226

    What's the best linux distribution or some good ones for a Toshiba Satellite A75-S226. I tried to install CentOS 4.2, tried many times and failed. It displayed me this error message:

    Kernel panic - not syncing: Fatal exception.

    I know is a hardware compatibility issue. So what linux distribution would fit my Toshiba.

    I had a Toshiba laptop for a while and ran Fedora Core 3 on it and it seemed to work fine for me. Try that.
