    I`m looking to get a powerfull amd64 or pentium laptop that I can install suse,recognize graphic cards.I like Ferrari 4005WLMi what you think about?
    But will it work with suse10.0/10.1?

    Just give it a try with SUSE. If that fails, Kanotix is a good solution as it is developed by using only latops. Hmm... maybe you should download Kanotix anyway before you install anything. You can check the Linux compatibility with Kanotix. If it will boot correctly, try installing SUSE. If it doesn't work, try to find out where it hangs (etc. gfx card, network adapters,... /var/log/messages and dmesg are your friends).

    use pricewatch or pricewatch uk and try an asus.
    same features just cheaper.
