    Linux for my Gateway Laptop



    Hi I currently own a Gateway 6518GZ Laptop and I am interested in putting linux on it. Anyone out there can give me a recomendation for which distro to use with this laptop? Thanks in advance

    There are a number of places you can check before picking a distro - check here - nobody could possibly tell you what distro is for you. But if you want a little bit of help we'll need some info. How experienced are you with linux? What are your machines specs? Etc. Do a little research and come back here with a few in mind. We'll be glad to help you from there.
