    Some hardware queries....



    I have a Toshiba 320CDT running DSL here, with 64Mb (1 x 32Mb SODIMM, 32Mb onboard) EDO Memory. First query, can I remove the 32Mb chip and replace it with a regular SODIMM (non-EDO)?
    Second query, why doesn't my battery charge? The laptop runs fine off AC power, and if I charge the battery in another laptop, it will run off the charged battery (I tried replacing it too)....

    yes ! you can replace it.

    its a HardWare problem... i dont think any software package has to do anything with it... contact hardware vendor....
