I need some help with my laptop keyboard, in the bottom left-hand corner there is a key labelled 'Fn'.

It's used for the numerical keypad feature but Mandriva is acting as if this feature is permanetly on, so whenever I press the 'i' key the number '5' appears or if I press the 'j' key the number '1' appears.

I'm assuming that I could rectify this fault by making changes to the 'xorg.conf' file?

Am I right? If I am, what changes would I have to make.
