Twinview on Dell Precision M40 /Nvidia Quadro 2 GO
Help, I am trying and trying and trying to get twinview to work on my laptop running distribution Mandrake10 Community I want my 18' flat panel to be the secondary monitor (1280*1024), and the laptops display (1600*1200) to be the main monitor right of the flat panel. How am I supposed to do that?
When disabling twinview, the laptop screen works at 1600*1200 and the flatpanel at 1280*1024.
Gratefully, Gyrrus

Gratefully, Gyrrus .....
...To my self or the manual?
Managed it at last -
added under Section "Device":
Option "ConnectedMonitor" "CRT,DFP"
#CRT is digital flat panel connected with the old/normal monitor cable connection. DFP is the laptops internal LCD monitor. Not very implicit to me..
deleted Virtual size in section screen, subsection ""Display". The combined screen was larger than the given values 1600x1200 (warning in XFree86.0.log) - logically.
YANC (Yet another nvidia configurator,http://yanc.sourceforge.net/) did not help me very much, but might be a help for others..
Do anyone know were the different values for options like "Twinview" (ex. "true", "clone", "1") is explained? Not in the Nvidia readme file!?
